Dr. KC McCandless

After graduating from Brigham Young University, Dr. McCandless attended The Ohio State University College of Optometry where he graduated with honors in 2006. While attending Ohio State, he received the community outreach award for clinical excellence.  He is a member of the Nevada Optometric Association as well as the American Optometric Association.  He has served as the director of refractive surgery while at Wellish Vision Institute.  Since 2006 he has been an adjunct clinical instructor where he has helped prepare fourth year optometry students in their externship from the Southern California College of Optometry.

During his free time, he enjoys mountain biking, hiking, and playing racquetball and basketball.
